To make connection, simply
extend coupler arms and slip
the adaptor smoothly inside the
coupler.
When adaptor makes contact against the gasket,
press the cam levers down until they are parallel to
body of coupler with normal hand pressure. The cam
bears on the groove keeping adaptor and coupler
securely locked together in a permanent leak-proof
connection until released.
Uncoupling is just as quick and easy. Again, using
normal hand pressure, lift locking arms or levers and
slide adaptor out of the coupler.
Gasket remains securely in place ready for the
next connection.

To OPERATE simply push Coupler onto the Adaptor half and close
the Camhandles
and a positive safe leakproof connection is made within seconds. The
Couplings have a
built-in predetermiled tightness and pressure in the line pushes the
bottom edge of the
adaptor against the underside of the rounded cam-handle increasing
the force which
keeps the handles in a locked position. Special SAFETY LOCKS are available
to
prevent accidental disconnection where vibration exists.
COUPLERS AND ADAPTORS are both available with the alternative
of Hose Ends,
Male Threads, Female Threads, Flanges ( A.S.A., B.S., or D.I.N. )
and Butt or Socket
Weld End fittings with Dust Caps and Dust Plugs. All Couplers are
interchangeable
with adaptors of the same size irrespective of material and end fitting.
MANUFACTURED to MIL-C27487 and fully interchangeable with other
Cam-type
couplings.
SPECIAL Heavy Duty version is available for higher pressures.
Positive lock Safety
Couplers and a wide range of Coupler and Adaptor reducers/increasers
and other
useful combinations are also available.
